This troupe is ideal for dancers who have a solid foundation and are ready to advance. The program focuses on:

  • Complex choreography and group coordination
  • Enhancing musicality, expression, and stage presence

The Intermediate Troupe prepares dancers for the demands of the Senior level, nurturing skill and confidence.

Our most elite troupe offers rigorous, professional-level training. Dancers in this program:

  • Demonstrate technical mastery and performance readiness
  • Are prepared for professional dance companies and conservatory-level training
  • Serve as mentors to younger dancers
  • Can return post-graduation as Alumni Dancers to continue performing

The Senior/Alumni Troupe represents the highest level of artistry and achievement within Campion Dance.

The Academy

The Academy is the entry point into the Campion Dance program and serves as the foundation for all future dance training within the troupe system. This program is designed for emerging dancers who are beginning their formal dance journey and are ready to build the essential skills needed for expressive and technical performance.

At the heart of the Academy is focused training in modern, contemporary, and ballet techniques. These core styles form the technical base required to execute choreography with precision, strength, and fluidity. Dancers learn the fundamentals of alignment, coordination, musicality, and body awareness — all vital components of strong dance technique.

While the emphasis remains on developing and strengthening modern dance technique, Academy members are also introduced to alternative dance genres, providing variety and broadening their stylistic exposure. This well-rounded approach helps nurture versatility and encourages creative exploration from an early stage.

The Academy is not just a training ground, but a place where passion, discipline, and potential are identified and cultivated. It prepares dancers for progression into the Intermediate Troupe and beyond.

Intermediate Troupe

The Intermediate Troupe is designed for dancers who have achieved proficiency in fundamental dance techniques and performance skills, and who are ready to deepen their training. At this stage, dancers demonstrate mastery of basic technique, rhythmic accuracy, musicality, and a growing ability to express emotion and intention through movement.

This program focuses on:

  • Refining core techniques in ballet, modern, and contemporary styles
  • Developing strength, control, flexibility, and body alignment
  • Building performance confidence and stage presence
  • Introducing more complex choreography and group coordination
  • Emphasizing interpretation, phrasing, and spatial awareness

The Intermediate Troupe serves as the foundation for advancement to the Senior/Alumni Troupe. Dancers in this program are encouraged to challenge themselves artistically while continuing to build technical precision and consistency. It is both a training ground and a proving ground, where potential is nurtured and excellence is cultivated.

Senior/Alumni Troupe​

Our Senior/Alumni Troupe is the pinnacle of the Campion Dance program — a space where artistry, discipline, and advanced technique come together. Designed for our most accomplished dancers, this elite troupe offers rigorous, professional-level dance training that prepares students for opportunities in the world of professional dance companies and conservatories.

Intermediate dancers who have demonstrated mastery in technique, performance, and commitment are invited to matriculate into this program. Admission is based on technical excellence, artistic maturity, and performance caliber.

Upon graduating from Campion College, dancers who have been part of the Senior Troupe are welcomed back as Alumni Dancers, continuing their dance journey with us while mentoring the next generation. This program fosters a strong sense of community, continuity, and artistic growth, both during and after a dancer’s time at Campion.
